HOW TO SET UP MICROSOFT'S OUTLOOK EXPRESS
Go to the Tools menu, click on it so it drops down and choose Accounts
Click on Accounts
This opens up the Internet Accounts Window, click on Add then choose New.
Add a New E-mail account
This starts up the Internet Connection Wizard
