HOW TO SET UP MICROSOFT'S OUTLOOK
[1]. Go to the Tools menu, click on it so it drops down and choose E-mail Accounts
[If you don't see an Email accounts then perhaps when Outlook installed it chose 'Corporate or Workgroups' instead of Internet. Go under Tools -> Options -> Mail Services and choose Internet email, not Corporate. You will have to restart Outlook and then E-mail Accounts should be under the Tools menu.]
Click on E-mail Accounts
[2]. You will see the E-mail Accounts Window, click on the circle to turn it black in front of Add a new e-mail account.
Add a New E-mail account
and click on Next
