STAFF Mertes Internet is owned and operated by Phebe Mertes. Presently Phebe has a database programmer she prefers to use on automated web sites and she has a favorite professional graphic artist with 10 years experience in publishing to the Internet. She also keeps a list of other programmers and artists that can help.
